       Our home kit includes the complete exterior shell package: engineered framing, sheathing, weather barrier, roofing, exterior doors and windows, siding, trim, fasteners, and detailed construction drawings.
      (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, and foundation are not included.) 

       The Cottonwood Bungalow kit is priced at $50,000 USD, which covers the full materials package and engineering documentation for a complete exterior shell. 

       Typical production and delivery take around 4 months from deposit and approved drawings. Timelines may vary based on season, shipping distance, and customization. 

       We require a 50% deposit to initiate your order and release engineering drawings. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment of the kit to your site. 

       Yes — we ship across the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or islands due to logistics restrictions. 

       At this time, financing is not offered directly. However, buyers may work with their local banks or credit unions using our detailed quote and specification documents. 

      Each kit comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and a 10-year structural components warranty. Windows, doors, and roofing carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

      We do not provide installation crews directly, but we supply detailed builder drawings and coordination support for your licensed local contractor to assemble the kit.

       Each kit includes engineered drawings. Structural stamping requirements vary by state; if your jurisdiction requires a local stamp, we’ll coordinate with your regional engineer. 

       Yes — small adjustments (such as window placement or roof finish) are possible. Major structural or layout changes may require re-engineering.
